When your body loses too much water and salt through perspiration, you can develop heat exhaustion. When you are exposed to extreme temperatures or are engaging in vigorous exercise, it may occur.

Initial indications of heat exhaustion include perspiration and goose bumps on cool, moist skin. Faintness, dizziness, fatigue, weak breathing, low blood pressure, muscle spasms, nausea, diarrhea, or headache

It is crucial to take quick action to cool down if you feel any of these symptoms. This includes moving to a cool location, drinking plenty of drinks, and applying a cool compress to your forehead or neck.

Heat exhaustion can proceed to heatstroke, which is a potentially fatal condition, if you do not cool down.
