Vivek Ramaswamy, a political novice and technology entrepreneur, stole the show at Wednesday night's Republican primary debate.

During the debate, Ramaswamy, who is running on a platform of battling against big tech and woke companies, was the most-searched candidate on Google.

Ramaswamy's performance was remarkable since he was competing against some of the Republican Party's biggest figures, including former President Donald Trump, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, and former Vice President Mike Pence.

He attacked Trump for his ties to major technology corporations, claiming that Trump was "the biggest beneficiary of woke capitalism.

He also chastised DeSantis for his management of the COVID-19 outbreak, accusing him of "putting politics ahead of public health."

Ramaswamy, 38, is a former hedge fund manager and author. He wrote "Woke Inc.: Cancel Culture, Corporate Infiltration, and the Threat to Democracy."

He claims in the book that major tech giants and woke corporations are using their influence to quash opposition and advance their own agenda.

Although the Republican primary is still in its early stages, Ramaswamy has emerged as a dark horse candidate. He has the potential to upend the race and become a major factor in the coming months.
